Work 14 hr shift today. Taking it off.
Diet:
Breakfast: vinegar tea, 1 cup oatmeal w/ bwn sugar and tbs flax.
Lunch: Spinach leaf salad with mixed vegies, 1 egg, low fat italian dressing. Small side of sweet potatoe fries. Water
Afternoon: med. coffee, 4 mini molasses cookies (3 g fat total)
Early dinner (I'm on call): Cup of chicken rice soup, 2 oz bag pepper kettle chips, diet sierra mist.
Late dinner, before bed:
