Need this day off the legs.
Did 1 hour of Yoga before work. Man that felt great.
Diet:
Breakfast: cider-vinegar tea, 1 cup blueberry yogurt mixed with 1 tbs flax. 1 oz box of dry bran flakes. small coffee
Lunch: Chicken and black bean burrito, small salad, water.
Afternoon: Med. coffee
Dinner: 6 oz sirolin steak, pretty big pile of pesto pasta, side of green beans.
Glass of wine X 2
Went to movie: shared a medium dry popcorn and some gummi life saver candi. Diet soda.
