Way to go Libor Michalak, a flat, a bike crash, problems on the run from the start.
The agony you must have felt with your feet and leg, yet with your determination, you ignored the suffering and managed to get to that line. Not the best of circumstances, but man...I know alot of people who would have dropped with the adversity you faced. Keep your head up high, its another Ironman for the books, and another life experience few will ever understand.
Rest, eat, have a few beers. Then start thinking of IM Canada!
