Jet Lag

Man...only 5 hrs sleep, jet lag. Keep waking up throughout the night.

So, today I start with a light swim. Tomorrow, swim and leg weights.

Will do an easy spin on the road bike thursday.

As of now, my achilles is back to pre race condition. Sore to lightly squeeze, pain free when walking.

My weight this morning? 168
6 lb gain in 8 days? I feel recovered.
Let me tell you, I have never had such rich food, pasta, sauces, ice cream, etc when in Italy. It was amazing. I forgot how great good authentic food tastes.
But, now back to reality. Need to get back down to 158-162 range over the next month. Back to eating like a bird several times per week.
