Ran 2:08 today, HR ave high zone 1, about 7:30-45 pace. 16.5 miles.
No workout Saturday, worked 14 hours, then call.
Hamstrings pretty tight, but stable. Supposed to bike 23 miles but took a 2 hr nap in the afternoon and just didnt feel up to it after, as it was then 6:30 pm.
