at 35 miles, did 40 minute Z4 TT on flats. Very windy for about 20 minutes.

This was a tough interval. Headwind for about half. This is where I reached my max HR on the bike thus far this season. Holding +300 watts in a 15 mph headwind. Z4 is tough for this duration. Last week, did 3 X 12 minutes at this zone, so, 40 minutes at the end of a Z2 ride was tough. Very, Very tired at the end of this one.
