Feeling reasonable as far as the legs go. Feel fairly strong going into each workout, even though each of 4 runs so far this week have included speedwork.
Some workouts this week:
Wed morning, got in 2K swim with intervals, chased with a 20 minute 3 mile run. Evening 65 minute ride including 30 minute Z4 power interval.
Thursday evening about 10 miles on the run, including 3 solid 5 minute climbs. Total ascent 1160 ft.
Friday morning, 3K swim before work. 5 X 600/30 each one focusing on something different.
This weekend it's supposed to rain so the 60 mile ride and 18 mile run may be a bit wet. Fall is here.
