Workout Summary: Light leg weights. Just like yesterday except added lunges 2 X 20 using 45 lb bar.
Diet:
Breakfast: water, 1 grapefruit, med. coffee
Lunch: 1 apple, 2 oz bag of pretzels, diet sierra mist
Afternoon: 1 apple, coffee, water
Dinner: Two 6 oz chicken breasts, rice, Diet shasta. Handful of macadamia nuts before bed, and 2 beers.
