Workout Summary: Pilates/Swim 2000

6:30 am: 30 min Pilates abs and stretching
6 pm:Swim
1000 in 14:50
500 with fins, 6:30
500 pull: 7:08

All with 1 min rest between

Diet:
Breakfast: whole grain apple muffin, water. Coffee later.
Lunch: Salad with vegies and low fat dressing, 2 oz pretzels, diet shasta
Afternoon: 1 apple, coffee
Dinner: Ahi, 8 oz with side of black beans, salad, creme brule, 2 glasses red wine, 1 beer
