Weighed myself this morning, yeah....170.8 lbs. Gained about 8 lbs since Kona a few weeks back. This is because I have eaten/drank pretty much anything I've wanted during my recovery period. Pizza, hamburgers, fish/chips, bagels, muffins, chocolate, the list goes on and on. Then there's the copious beer and coffee too.
So, I do feel like I have enjoyed the past 3 weeks and am motivated to get on the diet again.
As usual, this will be a modest change and my calories will diminish overall until I reach my training weight (162-164) by the end of December. I hope by march of 2007 to be down to a lean racing weight of 158-160.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 low fat yogurts, chai tea
lunch: diet sierra mist, vegie wrap, 2 oz bag kettle chips
afternoon: med. coffee, 1 apple
dinner: sauerkraut and low fat sausage, salad, beer
