Workout Summary: Pilates/Swim 2300

6:30 am, 20' Pilates floor work
6 pm: Swim 2300
500 free wu in 7:22
200 slide and glide drill with fins for 1/2
5 X 100/30 free, 1:15-1:18
5 X 100/30 fins, 1:09-1:12
50 finger drag drill, 50 free in 35 sec.
50 zipper, 50 free in 35
100 single arm, 2 X 50 in 35
200 pull cd in 2:55



Diet:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, coffee
Lunch: Bowl of chicken and rice soup, 2 oz bag pretzels, diet sierra mist
Afternoon: hot tea, 1 orange
Dinner: Baja fresh chicken and black bean bowl, bowl of tortilla soup, 8 oz tomato juice, 1 beer.
Before bed: 16 oz pumpkin non-fat smoothie

This past weekend was good...for eating and drinking. Saturday, a few bloody mary's during the Mich and Ohio State game, chips, pizza, ect. Then took in a movie, popcorn and soda. Then dinner. Chicken hot wings, BBQ pork sandwich and french fries, and a couple more beers. Spent the first half of Sunday recovering. Resuming normal diet.
