Spin 90 minutes, 24 miles. Cold, windy and raining today. Did the 2004 Athens olympic course on my computrainer. This course is tough. Couple of 15% grade hills and several 6-8%. Kept HR down to below 140 by slowing cadence.
Diet:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 slices dry wheat toast, skim milk, coffee
Lunch: Nothing. Water during spin.
Dinner: Sushi, 1 roll, pita-artichoke appt before. 2 beers.
Monday 1/8
Athletic committee meeting at the MAC unitl after 7, got home around 8. Yet another day off.
Diet:
Breakfast: med. coffee
Lunch: Spinach salad with low fat italian and vegies. 2 oz pretzels, water
Dinner: 4 oz beef tips, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad. 1 beer.
