Couple of shots of Ann's new Keeshond (Kayz-hond), and shot of Mt Adams, WA off our deck a couple of weeks ago. We had trouble naming him...many names over the past week. Couple of days ago "Dakota" popped into Ann's head, and it fits him perfectly.


Workout Summary: Swim 2100 (meter)
500 wu pull
100 slide and glide balance drill
100 finger drag
12 X 100/35, 1:36-42, took turns every pair with Ann leading
200 cd, 3:30

A good 7 hour sleep last night helped. Leg still a little painful but feels much better. Will swim tonight, ride this weekend.

Diet: Not eating much...its not because I am not hungry. Keeping total daily calories at a minumum while not working out much.
