Workout Summary: Run 37 minutes (3.5 miles)
Slow run with some newbies on the team. R
HR ave 103 max 121. Up into Washington park, 400 ft ascent.
Leg suprisingly pain free running 10 min pace
No weights after. Gave 30 min presentation to team on HR zone importance and training within Aerobic capacity early in season, how to calculate Ae cap, ect.
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt, 1 small box of bran flakes, med. coffee
Lunch: Thai grilled chicken on wheat noodles, low oil. Cabbage salad, 1 apple, water
Afternoon: 1 med sized mollases cookie and non fat carmel latte
Dinner: Turkey reuben sandwich and small salad w/ ceasar dressing. 2 pints Guinness
