Biked 1 hour with Ann. Easy. Incorporated 4 X 90 second intervals final 30 minutes up mild incline to get HR up into mid Z2.
Sauna 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Temp inc. to 200 final couple of minutes. Drank 28 oz water while in sauna.
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup oats + bwn sugar and tbs flax. Non fat chai. and 2 slice raisin wheat bread
Lunch: 1 cup white rice and side of steamed broccoli. Water.
Afternoon: med coffee, 1 apple.
Dinner: Pasta with garlic and mushroom marinara. 2 slices wheat bread with garlic. Diet lemon shasta mixed with carrot/orange juice.
