Took today off. For achilles, iced X 3 in morning. Noon, got ultrasound, muscle stim and graston therapy with ice. Iced once more in afternoon and twice in evening after Sauna. 20 minutes per ice session.
Sauna: Day 1, 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Diet:
Breakfast: Cup of ciderr-vinegar tea, cup of coffee
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with vegies, 2 oz bag pretzels, water.
Afternoon: 1 apple, mint tea
Dinner: 6 oz lean beef hamburger with tomato, cup skim milk. Small dinner salad. No sides.
Before bed: 6 oz vanilla yogurt with tbs granola added.
