Barely recovered, but good enough

Woke up this morning and finally felt a bit recovered. Able to skip up the stairs in the morning.

So, blasted the legs doing the prescribed 45 min spin on the Computrainer. 3 X 6 min at 45 cadence with watts progressively locked at 300/325/350
Then single legs for 1 min each X 3 at 150 locked watts.

Afternoon: 8.5 miles in 1:03
5 X 3 min Z5 intervals, pushing to high zone 5 on each.

Now the legs are blown again.

Get through tomorrow's Z5 bike interval sets, then its 2 days of relative rest. If my legs still feel blown on Saturday, I may bag the Portland Tri Sunday morning. We'll see.
